Questions

Do I need to be a Meta Tech Provider?+

No. v1 is paste-your-keys. You already have Cloud API access. Embedded Signup is later.

Do you include WhatsApp messages in the subscription?+

No. From 1 October 2026 Meta charges per delivered service message after 1,000 free per number per month. That invoice is yours.

Do I have to write a webhook?+

No. HTTP actions with stored auth are the default. An SDK webhook is optional for custom permissions.

Can my customers message without linking an account?+

Yes, if you mark actions as guest or both. Linked-only is the default for money and deletes.
