Acceptable Use Policy

This Acceptable Use Policy (“AUP”) is part of the Terms of Service. Violation may result in immediate suspension.

1. WhatsApp and Meta

• Do not operate an open-domain, general-purpose chatbot in violation of Meta’s terms.
• Keep the agent on allowlisted business-process actions you configured.
• Do not spam, scrape, or send unsolicited marketing outside Meta’s template and opt-in rules.
• Do not evade quality-rating, bans, or the 24-hour customer-care window.

2. Illegal and harmful use

You may not use TextBind to:

• Violate any law, including fraud, phishing, or unauthorized access to systems;
• Distribute malware, or attempt to probe or disrupt TextBind or third-party infrastructure;
• Process or solicit child sexual abuse material, or exploit minors;
• Traffic in weapons, illegal drugs, or other prohibited goods;
• Harass, threaten, or incite violence;
• Build or enhance biological agents, chemical weapons, or nuclear weapons;
• Bypass sanctions or export-control rules.

3. Credentials and SSRF

• Do not upload tokens you do not own.
• Do not point actions at internal, loopback, or cloud-metadata addresses. We block many of these; bypassing that is forbidden.
• Do not use the Service to attack other tenants or share another tenant’s data.

4. Fair use

• Do not create infinite conversational loops intended to drain Meta credits or LLM quota.
• Respect per-phone rate limits (15 turns / 3 minutes) and monthly budgets you set.
• Do not resell TextBind as a white-label host without a written agreement.

5. Reporting

Report abuse to abuse@textbind.com. We may share limited information with Meta or law enforcement when legally required.
